We would categorize this data as Reference Data including name, job title, contact details and enables us to manage our contract and relationship with our customers and suppliers. For emergency situations such as in the event of a product safety or integrity issue we may retain out of hours contact details of the employees, workers and contractors of our Customers and Suppliers to ensure that we can respond to any emergency product safety or integrity or other emergency mattes and mitigate any harm.
